Blue is the part people meet: an AI companion with durable memory. Underneath it is the actual project, a framework for a life: your patterns made visible, a vision held over time, progress in the rhythm you actually keep rather than the one productivity tools wish you kept. Blue is one interface to that framework. The framework is the bigger space, and it is the main thing here.

Activated Home moves a house through the day the way the sky moves: a wake ramp that reaches bright cool light at exactly the right minute, zones drifting through noon and golden hour, wind-down at night. The hub executes locally, so the sunrise still happens when the internet doesn't. Lately the system is getting a physical presence: a wall console for the hub, coming off the 3D printer.

Modular growing systems: aeroponic, hydroponic, soil, and aquaponic zones on one set of primitives, with controllers that run themselves and a cloud that only watches and remembers. The current build is a kitchen herb shelf: eight herbs in passive hydro jars under COB bars, one ESP32, light as the only actuator. The jars water themselves, and the photoperiod holds through any failure of WiFi, internet, or cloud.

Activated Human's daily operations run on sixteen always-on agents in their own containers: webhooks turn GitLab, Linear, Sentry, Stripe, and Gmail events into agent work, and judgment stays human. The question underneath is leverage: how much company one person's judgment can steer once execution stops being the bottleneck.
